I have reset the starlink router, reset network on iphone, restarted devices, "forgot network" and nothing seems to resolve the issue. I have determined it is an apple issue with starlink router. The odd thing is that sometimes the apple devices will randomly connect to the wifi, but will disconnect just as quickly.
